We guarantee 100% satisfaction for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for return instructions before you return your item. We accept all returns and exchanges as long as the item is returned in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Any damaged, used, or custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Returned items will be inspected, and refunds will be issued in the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
